K.O.G

Kweku Sackey, aka K.O.G, is a multi-talented artist from Ghana, known for his captivating live performances, powerful raps, and versatile vocal range. He blends English, Pidgin, and Ga in his storytelling, creating deep, soul-stirring music. A skilled percussionist, arranger, and bandleader, K.O.G has performed across 15 countries. Based in Sheffield, UK, he leads afro-futurist group Onipa and the hi-life/hip-hop/funk band K.O.G and the Zongo Brigade, collaborating with artists like Nubiyan Twist. His song "If I Know" from the Freedom Fables album was featured on BBC6 Music. His second album, Don't Take My Soul, is set for release in September 2024.
