Chali 2na, known for his deep baritone voice and 6.5-foot frame, is a celebrated hip-hop figure, co-founding Jurassic 5 and Ozomatli. His debut solo album, Fish Outta Water (2009), led to worldwide tours with House of Vibe and collaborations with renowned DJs and musicians. In a six-year journey, Chali created Against the Current, a multimedia project blending genre-defying EPs with an artbook of his paintings and photography. After moving to LA in the early 80s, he immersed himself in hip-hop and graffiti. His artistic talents have expanded, with growing demand for his work, blending music and visual art.
