Need help with your booking?
In the first instance, please refer to your booking confirmation and your Kaboodle account. For all information related to your booking. Your customer account will have all your booking details and will allow you to download confirmations, e-tickets (when available) as well as add extra items and amend payment plans.
Most event organisers have their own customer service email which you will find on your booking confirmation, or on the event contact page on the event website.
The Help Centre should have all the information you need to answer any questions you might have. If you can't find the information you want, please fill out our contact form here, ensuring you add in your booking reference where you know this.

Executive Assistant to CEO and HR Coordinator
Boomtown has a need for an Executive Assistant and HR Coordinator to provide administration and project management support to the CEO and HR Director, focusing on diary and inbox management, guest list for the festival, HR administration and being the face of HR in the office. This is a 12 month fixed term role as maternity cover and will sit within the Commercial Team within Boomtown.

Brand Partnership Manager
You will be responsible for the creative delivery of our strategic partners at Boomtown –physically onsite and across our digital channels. You will own the sales, fulfilment and client servicing process working alongside our operational teams to deliver for our existing partners, whilst generating new business and securing sponsorship revenue for the festival.

Event Accreditation Manager
The newly created role of Event Accreditation Manager will support the delivery of all aspects of crew and artist access control, accreditation, passes and meals for the festival. They will lead managers for each of these areas, ensuring that processes and systems are effective and that all members of the wider Boomtown team are trained and supported with their access control requirements.

Walkabout & Sideshow Callout
Boomtown is the largest interactive theatre in the world, a place where we can imagine new versions of ourselves, new futures for ourselves, try new realities on for size and become what we’ve always dreamed of becoming. We are looking for performance groups who wish to populate the fictional parallel universe of Boomtown.
For 2025 we are looking particularly for acrobatic/dance/parkour crews.
We are looking for district themed walkabouts and also for interactions that embody the 2025 theme 'Power of Now'.

Windows Applications
Bringing our streets to life, Window Installations are an opportunity for you to showcase your weird and wonderful ideas; sculptures, inventions, and anything in between. Design a concept to fit in with one of district themes, and think about how you can animate a small corner of our world.
We look out particularly for surreal, 'out there' ideas and encourage you to create mainly using scrap or other recycled materials.

Vissual Art Applications
If you are interested in showcasing an other-worldly art installation at the festival, please let us know by completing this form. We are always on the hunt for absurd and ridiculous ideas, almost anything will go!
We're looking for big and bold ideas, show-casing the surreal and absurd - to bring vibrancy to every corner of Boomtown.

Creative & Production Crew 2025
This form is for everyone - including creatives, carpenters, scaffolders and site crew to provide their details and give more information about their skills to put themselves forward to work with the Production team at Boomtown 2025.
By submitting this form you confirm you accept that this information will be shared with relevant Boomtown HQ staff.

We're seeking vibrant food vendors to join our five-day camping festival, which hosts 48,000 attendees. As always, we’re looking for top-quality food from traders with eye-catching, unique stalls, and a strong commitment to sustainability, our local community, and individuality.

CASHFREE
Boomtown is an entirely cash-free event, more information to follow for successful applicants.
SUSTAINABILITY
Boomtown has a huge focus on sustainability including increasing the vegetarian and vegan food offering and sourcing food locally and ethically.
Boomtown is single use plastic FREE! This means that all food and drink serveware MUST BE COMPOSTABLE! If you are a market trader this also means absolutely no plastic bags given out to customers.
BOUTIQUE BAR OPERATORS
All bars must adhere to strict, site specific licensing. ALL bar staff must attend compulsory onsite training pre show. NO bars can trade before being signed off by an onsite licensing team. More information to follow for successful applicants.
AS A BOOMTOWN TRADER YOU ARE JOINING OUR SUSTAINABILITY PLEDGE, MEANING THAT:
- All tea, coffee, cacao, sugar and bananas must be fairtrade.
- Fruit and veg to be local and seasonal where possible.
- All meat and dairy produce should be a minimum standard of British and free range, ideally locally sourced and organic where possible.
- All fish must be sustainable and from the Marine Conservation Society’s (MCS) ‘Fish to Eat’ list.
