Need help with your booking?
In the first instance, please refer to your booking confirmation and your Kaboodle account. For all information related to your booking. Your customer account will have all your booking details and will allow you to download confirmations, e-tickets (when available) as well as add extra items and amend payment plans.
Most event organisers have their own customer service email which you will find on your booking confirmation, or on the event contact page on the event website.
The Help Centre should have all the information you need to answer any questions you might have. If you can't find the information you want, please fill out our contact form here, ensuring you add in your booking reference where you know this.

Ticketing Manager
Boomtown has a need for a Ticketing Manager to coordinate the full lifecycle of ticketing operations. The main focus of this role will be on public and guest ticketing and a supportive role in facilitating Crew and Artist Ticketing alongside the Access Control Manager.

Access Control Manager
The newly created role of Access Control Manager will support the delivery of all aspects of crew and artist access control, accreditation, passes and meals for the festival. They will lead managers for each of these areas, ensuring that processes and systems are effective and that all members of the wider Boomtown team are trained and supported with their access control requirements.

Junior Event Manager
As Junior Event Manager for Boomtown Festival you will be responsible for:
- Commercial Trade Management (Food Vendors, Markets Traders & Boutique Bars): Support the Event Manager in the delivery of the trader operation. Responsibilities include managing all external trader communications, processing payments and infrastructure requests, assisting with trader ticketing, coordinating trader menus, and acting as a point of contact for relevant external agencies - including the cashfree payment partner, smartphone app provider, H&S team and other teams on the ground.
- Brands & Partnerships: Assist the Partnership Manager with all on-site partnership projects. Responsibilities include collecting guest and VIP ticketing data, handling accommodation, infrastructure, meals and access requests for sponsors, processing health and safety documentation for on-site brand activations, acting as the commercial liaison for partner communications, and overseeing site services invoicing.

We're seeking vibrant food vendors to join our five-day camping festival, which hosts 48,000 attendees. As always, we’re looking for top-quality food from traders with eye-catching, unique stalls, and a strong commitment to sustainability, our local community, and individuality.

CASHFREE
Boomtown is an entirely cash-free event, more information to follow for successful applicants.
SUSTAINABILITY
Boomtown has a huge focus on sustainability including increasing the vegetarian and vegan food offering and sourcing food locally and ethically.
Boomtown is single use plastic FREE! This means that all food and drink serveware MUST BE COMPOSTABLE! If you are a market trader this also means absolutely no plastic bags given out to customers.
BOUTIQUE BAR OPERATORS
All bars must adhere to strict, site specific licensing. ALL bar staff must attend compulsory onsite training pre show. NO bars can trade before being signed off by an onsite licensing team. More information to follow for successful applicants.
AS A BOOMTOWN TRADER YOU ARE JOINING OUR SUSTAINABILITY PLEDGE, MEANING THAT:
- All tea, coffee, cacao, sugar and bananas must be fairtrade.
- Fruit and veg to be local and seasonal where possible.
- All meat and dairy produce should be a minimum standard of British and free range, ideally locally sourced and organic where possible.
- All fish must be sustainable and from the Marine Conservation Society’s (MCS) ‘Fish to Eat’ list.
