Transport
Transport Tickets
You can travel to the festival from various cities, including London, Bath Spa, Manchester, and more. If you travel on Wednesday, you'll get free entry for that day.
- Coaches: Times aren’t available yet, but you’ll be notified once they are.
- Public Transport Tickets: These require arrival by public transport, or your ticket won’t be valid.
- Private Coaches: You need to book a coach parking space for £85 if you’re arriving by private coach or minibus.
- Train: The nearest station is Winchester, 3 miles from the site. A wheelchair-accessible shuttle bus will be available from the station.
- Parking: You can purchase parking passes via your Kaboodle account, with different car parks based on where you're staying (Skylark or Orchid). Parking is valid from Wednesday, 6th August.

Orchid
Camp Orchid Resident Wristband Phase 2 - £100
Key info
Upgrade your camping experience with Camp Orchid! Experience sectioned-off camping, flushing toilets, and an epic pamper parlour with hot showers, mirrors, hair dryers and straighteners. Just bring your tent, pitch up and enjoy.
Sip on drinks, devour street food, and chill by the fire pit at the boutique bar. Orchid wristbands also grant you access to flushing toilets inside the Town.
Orchid Passes are selling fast but you can still get one at the Phase Two price of £100. Add Orchid to your instalment plan when you purchase your ticket or add it to an existing payment plan by logging into your Kaboodle account.
CAMP SKYLARK
Key info
Camp Skylark is all about making life easy and letting you soak up the festival vibes hassle-free. From cosy bell tents to luxurious airstreams, we've got it all. Including flushing toilets, hot showers and pamper parlour with mirrors, hair dryers and straighteners.
Relax away from the mayhem and enjoy a morning coffee or sunset cocktail from Skylark’s boutique bar and chillout area. Skylark wristbands also grant you access to flushing toilets inside the Town.
Don’t forget, all Camp Skylark residents must purchase a Skylark Wristband.

Ticket Insurance
Ticket plan Refund Protection is available and we strongly recommend that you include this option. Your booking is non-refundable and this will protect you against cancellation resulting from accidents and illnesses, up to a maximum of £5000 per refund application.

Public Transport Tickets
Best for pocket and planet!
Reduced-price tickets for those arriving at the festival via public transport.
Fee Wednesday Entry included if you book a Wednesday travel option.
Wednesday Entry Ticket
Get the most out of the Boomtown experience!
Wednesday to Sunday ticket.
Enjoy the full Boomtown experience and enter on the Wednesday to secure your camping and explore the warm up day of the festival.
Thursday Entry Ticket
Great value for money!
Thursday to Sunday ticket.
Arrive on Thursday to enjoy the opening of the city and dive right into all the action.
PA Ticket
We offer free PA tickets for those who may need them. If you feel that you need a PA to help you get the best out of your time at Boomtown, and you have a current middle or higher rate DLA or you receive a PIP then you are eligible for a free PA ticket. Other applications will also be taken on a discretionary case by case basis. Name Change
If you would like to process a name change on your booking then please head to your Kaboodle account and follow the below steps. If you are unsure of your password, this can be reset on the login page.
You can only change the name on each ticket once.
- Once you are logged into your Kaboodle account, you will need to click on "manage booking".
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on "Want to change something?".
- Select the checkbox next to the current ticket holder's name.
- Please ensure that you read the name change information provided on the page before clicking on "Enter new details".
- Click on "Enter new details".
- Input details of the new ticket holder and review this before proceeding.
- Click "Add to basket".
- Click "Checkout".
- You will now reach the payment page, before proceeding to complete payment of the £20 name change fee please ensure you have read the information provided in full.
- Once payment has been made, the name change is complete.
The e-ticket will be re-issued in the new person's name. You must send this to the new ticket holder.
Instalment Tickets
You can opt to split the cost of your ticket with a payment plan, select this option at the end of the checkout process.
If you miss a payment of one of your instalments you should contact Kaboodle immediately by logging into your account or emailing them at boomtown@kaboodle.co.uk
If you fail to make the payments in accordance with Kaboodle’s terms and conditions of your payment plan then your ticket may be cancelled and you will not be eligible for a refund. This includes all added extras, accommodation and travel tickets.
Ecobond
With every entry ticket you pay a £20 Eco Bond deposit.
This is an agreement with us that you will leave the space you camp in whilst at Boomtown as you found it. Free from litter and in no way damaging to the natural habitat.
You can redeem your £20 deposit at the end of the festival by bringing two bags of recyclable litter with you to one of the designated hubs.
More information will be shared about this nearer to the festival.
