General camping is included with your ticket as usual but in case you are looking for a more luxury experience check out some of our bespoke upgrades.
CAMP ORCHID
Upgrade your camping experience with Camp Orchid! Experience sectioned-off camping, flushing toilets, and an epic pamper parlour with hot showers, mirrors, hair dryers and straighteners. Just bring your tent, pitch up and enjoy.
Sip on drinks, devour street food, and chill by the fire pit at the boutique bar. Orchid wristbands also grant you access to flushing toilets inside the Town.
Orchid Passes are selling fast but you can still get one at the Phase Two price of £100. Add Orchid to your instalment plan when you purchase your ticket or add it to an existing payment plan by logging into your Kaboodle account.
CAMP SKYLARK
Camp Skylark is all about making life easy and letting you soak up the festival vibes hassle-free. From cosy bell tents to luxurious airstreams, we've got it all. Including flushing toilets, hot showers and pamper parlour with, mirrors, hair dryers and straighteners.
Relax away from the mayhem and enjoy a morning coffee or sunset cocktail from Skylark’s boutique bar and chillout area. Skylark wristbands also grant you access to flushing toilets inside the Town.
Don’t forget, all Camp Skylark residents must purchase a Skylark Wristband.

Grab a discounted Green Transport Citizen ticket, and hop on one of our coaches from over 60 locations around the UK.
If you arrive on Wednesday via Coach using our Green Transport bundle you get free Wednesday entry!

TRAIN & SHUTTLE BUS
Jump on the train to Winchester Train Station and then onto a shuttle bus straight to Boomtown. Shuttle buses run every day throughout the festival, From Wednesday to Monday.
Camping Skylark
Can I bring my own tent and use the Camp Skylark facilities?
No, this year there is no ‘Bring Your Own Tent’ option in Skylark (pre-pitched only!). If you want to bring your own tent to Boomtown but still enjoy showers, flushing loos and a secure campsite, check out Camp Orchid..
When can I access Camp Skylark?
Camp Skyark will be open from 2pm on Wednesday. Check out is at 11am on Monday 12th August.
When must we leave Camp Skylark?
You must vacate by 11am on Monday 12th August.
Can I cancel my purchase?
Sorry no, all Camp Skylark bookings are non-refundable.
Are there accessible toilets and showers within Camp Skylark?
Yes, there is an accessible washroom and flushing toilet within Skylark.
Can I buy a Camp Skylark Wristband if I haven’t bought accommodation?
No, you can only buy a Camp Skylark wristband if you have booked accommodation. The lead booker is the person who purchased the accommodation. The lead booker must purchase the correct number of wristbands for the amount of people that are staying in the accommodation.
Does everyone who is staying in Camp Skylark accommodation have to have a wristband?
Yes, you can only access Camp Skylark with a Camp Skylark Resident Wristband.
If I purchase Camp Skylark accommodation and wristband do I still need to purchase a festival ticket?
Yes, you need to purchase a festival ticket to enter the festival, the Camp Skylark wristband is for access to Camp Skylark only.
Camping orchid
If I purchase a Camp Orchid wristband do I still need to purchase a festival ticket?
Yes, you need to purchase a Citizenship ticket to enter the festival. The Camp Orchid wristband is for access to this campsite only.
Are there accessible showers and toilets in Camp Orchid?
Yes, there will be an accessible washroom and toilet.
Where is Camp Orchid located?
The exact location of Camp Orchid will be released later in the year.
Travel
Do I need to book Wednesday Entry with a Public Transport ticket?
No! The cheapest way to get Wednesday entry to the festival is with a Public Transport ticket. All you need to do is select the travel day as Wednesday when you book.
Where does the coach run from?
You can travel from one of the following destinations. Remember, if you select to travel on Wednesday you get free Wednesday entry.

What is a Public Transport Ticket?
A Public Transport ticket is a discounted ticket for those using our provided methods of transport. We have coaches which travel from over 50 places around the UK and a shuttle bus from Winchester station if you are arriving by train.
Can I drive to Boomtown?
If you are planning to drive yourself to Boomtown remember to book a car parking pass for your vehicle - these are much cheaper when booked in advance! We would strongly recommend car sharing if you’re coming by car - It’s not only less environmentally impactful but also makes the journey cheaper.
Can I travel to Boomtown in a private hire coach or minibus?
Yes! If you have booked your own private coach or minibus for you and your mates to come to the festival, you need to book a space to be dropped off at our coach park.

I’ve got a Citizenship Ticket and not a Green Transport Citizenship Ticket, can I still get the shuttle from the train station?
Absolutely! This service is available for anyone. You can buy it online via our ticket page or on the day from Winchester train station.
I'm getting the train, how do I get to the festival from the train station?
We run a regular shuttle bus from Winchester train station to the festival site. A timetable will be published in July via the Boomtown website. The shuttle service will be wheelchair accessible.
What is the best way to get to Boomtown?
There are loads of ways to get to the festival! We recommend coming to the festival via public transport. Shuttle buses also run to and from the local train station in Winchester and taxis and car share schemes are available.
